Attempting to exploit bonuses through methods such as placing opposing bets across accounts, using bonus funds in a pattern designed to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, or any other behaviour that S99 Game determines to constitute bonus abuse, will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any winnings derived from it, and may result in permanent account suspension.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed by the player. Technical errors that result in a bet being placed incorrectly due to a platform fault will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Live Casino games at S99 Game are streamed in real time from professional dealer studios. The outcome of each round is determined by the physical outcome visible in the stream — the fall of cards, spin of the roulette wheel or dice result as the case may be. Any disconnection from the stream during a live round does not void a bet already placed. The result will stand as recorded by the studio system.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the delivery or recording of a game outcome, S99 Game reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. This decision is final and at the absolute discretion of S99 Game. Players will be notified of any voided bets as promptly as reasonably possible.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the S99 Game platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:
Zero Tolerance Policy: S99 Game operates a zero-tolerance policy on fraud, collusion and money laundering. Accounts found to be involved in any of the above will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited. Where required by law, cases will be referred to the appropriate authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your S99 Game username and password. S99 Game will never ask you to share your full password by email, live chat or any other channel. Any bet placed, deposit made or action taken using your login credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally.
